  • OUR BEGINNINGS…
    Discount Tickets & Tours began providing excellent tourist information services and discounted Southern California attraction tickets, tours, and dinner shows from their store location across the street from Disneyland at 1650 S. Harbor Blvd. in 2003.  The Cleaver Brothers, Michael and Patrick owned and operated the business. They both started out as bellmen and concierges in the Anaheim Resort Area in their teens. They are true local experts born and raised in Anaheim and have been professionals in the hospitality industry since the early 80s when the only place you could buy tickets was at the attraction booths. Patrick would run over to the DISNEYLAND® Resort ticket booths to buy tickets ahead of time with his own money to have them ready for his hotel guests so they didn’t have to wait in line! His first thoughts are always about customer service to this day. Mike and Patrick’s vast experience and hard work made Discount Tickets & Tours thrive since its beginnings with guests returning every year to save time and money.  They are a trusted name in the industry with longstanding partnerships with all Southern California attractions.

    No longer confined to a store location, Discount Tickets & Tours is now wholly owned and operated by Patrick and his wife Debbie, providing an all-new “E-Concierge” e-commerce website for purchasing discounted Southern California tickets, and activities without a membership.  Anyone has access to our great selection and discounts from the comfort of their own home, hotel, or on the open road using our online version of our prior physical store.
